Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and AI Internal Tool Builder (“we”, “us”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

The Service lets you generate, run, and manage internal tools from natural-language prompts. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single organization’s use; access is governed by role-based permissions within your workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content or generate tools that are unlawful, infringing, malicious, or designed to harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other tenants’ data, or our infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits, resell the Service without authorization, or use it to build a directly competing product.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the data, prompts, and tools you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending prompts to our AI subprocessor to fulfill your generation requests. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the data you connect or upload.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• AI usage is metered in credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment; usage beyond that allotment may incur overage charges at the rates shown at checkout.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective at your next renewal.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it in production.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
